He was very friendly and professional and on time.I actually went and bought a drone after I seen him fly his over my house getting visual of the roof.He was reasonably priced and the quality of his inspection was second to none. Joe was absolutely incredible, and his services were worth what I paid and more. The information and education he provided me on the home was invaluable, and he painted a really clear picture of what I was walking into as a homebuyer. I called requesting a four point and wind mitigation inspection. Joe was able to respond quickly to schedule the inspections and had the reports for each done and sent over either the same day of the inspection, or by the next day at the latest. Joseph was efficient and professional in all of my interactions with him. He responded to my emails very quickly. He arrived for the home inspection on time. We called Joe after we had all new hurricane windows installed. Our insurance company required a Wind Mitigation Report. He came out very quickly and was very professional and thorough in all the aspects of the inspection. Our mitigation report was ready within a couple of hours, and we forwarded it to the insurance company. Joe came out and did an excellent job. He worked with me using photos from my previous inspection and then did his own photos and used his drone to generate a comprehensive wind mitigation report. He then jumped through all the hoops the idiot insurance company threw up. The insurance industry is out of control in Florida but Joe helps you keep your sanity!

Joseph Anthony provided a thorough Florida home inspection, 4 point inspection, and wind mitigation report related to my purchase of a home. I had a limited timeline and he had quick availability. He was on time, professional, and good at communicating about his progress throughout as I was not able to be present for the inspection. He completed the report in a timely manner. He did a great job and I highly recommend him.Update to previous review: I cannot recommend Suncoast Home Inspections and Joseph Anthony enough. He truly goes above and beyond for his customers. I needed an updated 4 point inspection after I made the necessary improvements to my home in order to get insurance coverage.
