Joe was great! This will be my 5 house that i have purchased through the years.This house that Joe inspected for us, is a home that my wife are moving into with our parents who need care and because of that it’s a little harder buying and moving and etc. Due to hurricane Helene and Milton the house we are under contract to buy the roof had damage and working with Joe he help us work with the roofers to get inspection qualified for insurance company and was always there. I could just text him and he would always respond and help.Aside from that watching him do the inspection, it was the most thorough inspection I have ever seen. With using a flir gun for thermal imaging to drone pictures of the entire property. Like I said this will be my 5th house that I have purchased including investment homes and he truly is the best. Just had another inspector come over from sellers buying our house and a night and day different. Not to say the other guy wasn’t good or thorough, but more what you would expect from a home inspection.Joe is different and above and beyond!

We called Joe after we had all new hurricane windows installed. Our insurance company required a Wind Mitigation Report. He came out very quickly and was very professional and thorough in all the aspects of the inspection. Our mitigation report was ready within a couple of hours, and we forwarded it to the insurance company. Joe came out and did an excellent job. He worked with me using photos from my previous inspection and then did his own photos and used his drone to generate a comprehensive wind mitigation report. He then jumped through all the hoops the idiot insurance company threw up. The insurance industry is out of control in Florida but Joe helps you keep your sanity!

We called on Saturday and Joe was able to come out and complete our home inspection first thing Sunday morning. He was super friendly and helpful, giving us ideas of future things to do once moving in and took the time throughout the inspection to explain and go over everything.
